Teen Board Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to the Teen Board. The written application is the first step in the application process and should be completed by all applicants. Please note that you have until May 23, 2025 to complete your application for the 2025-2026 board.

When you are finished with your application, do not forget to attach a recent photo and click “Submit”! You will then be sent an email confirmation regarding your submission being received!
